1. The basic structure and specifications of the refrigeration unit equipment should meet the installation requirements. 2. The installation of refrigeration units should have corresponding vibration reduction measures. Refrigeration units equipped with spring damping devices should be equipped with limit devices to prevent horizontal displacement when the unit is running. Spring damping devices with limit functions do not need to have limit devices.
3. If the refrigeration unit adopts vibration isolation measures for refrigeration equipment or refrigeration auxiliary equipment, the vibration isolation device should be installed in the correct position; the compression amount of each vibration isolator should be uniform.
4. The refrigeration unit should be equipped with an adjustment steel plate under the spring damping device to meet the leveling and alignment requirements. For unit leveling, the measurement datum plane should be selected based on the specific appearance of the equipment and measured with a level. The longitudinal and transverse horizontal deviation of the unit should not be greater than 1/1000, and should comply with the provisions of the equipment technical documents.
5. The exposed parts of the foundation fixing bolts should be protected with protective sleeves filled with butter; when the equipment is located outdoors, stainless steel nuts should be added to the exposed parts of the foundation fixing bolts for protection.
Accessory installation of refrigeration unit equipment
1. The connecting pipes and components of the refrigeration unit equipment should be equipped with separate load-bearing supports and hangers. The unit equipment does not bear the weight of pipes, fittings and valves.
2. A bottom-supported floor-standing bracket is installed at the upper bend of the pipe connecting the refrigeration unit equipment. There should be measures to prevent cold bridges between the bracket and the pipe.
3. The strength and tightness test should be carried out before the valve is installed. Its installation position, direction and height should meet the design requirements; the handle of the valve on the horizontal pipeline should not be facing downward, and the handle of the valve on the vertical pipeline should be facing a place convenient for operation.
4. The flow switch should be installed on the straight line of the unit's outlet pipe. There must be a straight line stroke of 5 times the pipe diameter on both sides. The direction of the liquid flow in the pipe needs to be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the controller. Its wiring terminals should be in a location that is easily accessible for wiring.
5. The drilling and welding work of installing the source components on the pipeline of the refrigeration unit needs to be carried out before the pipeline anti-corrosion, lining and pressure test. When installing source components, holes and welding should not be made on the weld seam or at positions less than 1/2 pipe diameter away from its edge.
6. When the temperature source component and the pipeline are installed perpendicular to each other, the axis of the source component should intersect perpendicularly with the axis of the pipeline; when the temperature source component and the pipeline are installed at an oblique angle, the flow direction of the fluid medium should be reversed, and the axis of the source component should intersect with the axis of the pipeline. intersect.
7. The air-conditioning water pressure source component should be installed in the middle and lower half of the pipe, and should be within the range of 0° to 45° with the horizontal centerline of the pipe.
8. When the pressure source component and the temperature source component are on the same pipe section, they should be installed on the upstream side of the temperature source component.
9. The display instrument of the refrigeration unit should be installed at a location convenient for observing the indication value, and the height from the operating floor should be 1.2m to 1.5m.
