SCWZ series (evaporative cooling) single two-stage screw chiller is a new generation of refrigeration equipment based on decades of experience in the design of conventional low-temperature screw chiller, the application of high-efficiency screw compression technology, energy-saving economizer design technology, evaporative cooling technology, siphon oil cooling technology, multiple compressors in parallel, and other patented technologies and open.
The host adopts semi-closed low-temperature single two-stage screw compressor; system key components and electrical control components are used in famous brand products, reliable performance; heat exchanger using high-efficiency heat transfer tube and advanced processing methods, high heat transfer efficiency; economizer plate heat exchanger to improve the unit's energy-efficiency ratio; control system using PLC (programmable controller) control. Therefore, the unit is characterized by high reliability, high efficiency, high automation and easy operation.
The unit can provide low-temperature refrigerant from -25℃ to -45℃, which is suitable for places with various low-temperature cold source demands, such as the production process of medicine, chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics, foodstuffs, etc. The unit can be used as the cold source host of large-scale cold storage and ice field. The product with heat recovery can provide hot water for domestic use at 40～60℃, which plays a role of energy saving.
