Auto test environment system

To improve the performance and safety of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, engineering machinery, train, metro and various vehicles, various tests need to be conducted, which include but are not limited to emission test, performance test, low temperature cold start test, defrosting and demisting test, high-temp. performance test, air-conditioning heating / cooling test, NVH noise test, impact test, vibration test and in-vehicle organics sampling test, etc.

We have to meet the vehicle simulation provided by the environment simulation system, including the temperature, humidity, air pressure, air quality and other treatment, but also for wind, frost, rain, snow, light, fog, sand and dust simulation. Can provide conventional test cabin, altitude test chamber, wind tunnel test room.

These projects are turnkey projects, including cabin, air handling, control, safety alarm and other systems manufacturing, installation and overall debugging.
